pop up(Microsoft blah blah)in every 30 sec

From yesterday I am getting a pop up which says - iPhone user you can win something by completing the Microsoft quiz.
That comes every 30 seconds and I have to click those stupid buttons 6-7 times to get rid of it.
Ads were there at the bottom earlier too but this one pops up in the screen and wont let you do anything.
Could someone please fix this?
