From the Best App going down towards worse

I have been using the NDTV app on my iPhone for some years now. Probably from the time it might have come up.
The initial app was brilliant.
Not sure what happened to the upgrades, there are so many flaws in the app that at times it gets irritating to browse through the app.. Am sure this might have been caught in beta testing before making the updates live to the customers, but no fixes?? Thats surprising..
Some issues I see very often are (in case they want to fix it)
1. Images do not load in the news
2. The links or tweets in the news mentioned most of the times doesnt display.

Lowering the rating from 5 star to 1 star till the fixes are made and they make the app back to some basic standards.
